Setting up Net 30 Terms
All applicants are checked through Experian, the credit agency. We will notify you if your application has been approved and your credit limit.
 
Placing Your OrderWe accept orders through our shopping cart, by phone, fax or email. Please indicate PO# if required.
Orders will not be processed until we receive full payment & shipping information.
Credit cards will be debited at the time of shipping the order.
 
Back Orders
We will send a list of the items we were not able to ship with your order. Please complete the attached form to indicate whether you want those items backordered or have the backorder cancelled.
 
Shipping
All freight, handling and COD are billed to the customer.
All orders will be shipped UPS ground within the continental USA unless otherwise requested. Tracking numbers are available on request.
We ship internationally.
 
Returns
All returns must have prior approval. Unauthorised returns will not receive a credit.
Please email us at sales@nusantarainc.com within 7 days of receipt of the merchendise. Include the item#, qyt, size, color, etc. and the nature of the issue and a picture of any damages.
