Guidelines for returning items to Nusantara for Credit/Exchange
- Complete and submit our Online Return Authorization Claim Form with all the information requested.

- A copy of the Return Authorization Claim Form will be sent back to you with the request being approved/not approved.
- For approved claims a UPS Return Service Label will be attached. Put the label on the outside of the box. Write the RA# on the outside of the box. Give to the UPS driver when they next visit your store.
- The return must be received by Nusantara prior to your account being credited or replacements being sent. If you want replacements sent immediately we will charge your card/account and then post a credit once the items have been received.
Please Note:
We will send a Return Shipping Label for damaged and misshipped items. We do not reimburse for Packaging and Handling costs or for upgraded shipping (e.g. Next Day Air).
Return of non-damaged items must be received in the exact condition in which they were sent. (i.e. Must have their original packaging, labeling, stickers, tags etc. intact. Items cannot be sun faded, worn, washed, or have any indication an attempted repair or cleaning was carried out.
Credits will be made in the same form as the original invoice.
Any unapproved items sent with the return will not be credited and can be returned at your expense.
